This is an exciting opportunity for attorneys with sophisticated private equity experience who are ready to take on complex, high-value transactions alongside an accomplished deal team.

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

  • Private equity sponsor representation
  • Mergers & acquisitions
  • Platform and add-on acquisitions
  • Joint ventures and minority investments
  • Drafting, negotiating, and managing complex transactions

Am Law 100 private equity experience is strongly preferred.
