This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions, private equity transactions, and strategic business combinations alongside leading practitioners in the field.

  • Class years 2019–2023
  • M&A tax experience
  • Strong transactional drafting and analytical skills
  • Excellent academic credentials
  • New York or DC admission (or ability to become admitted)
