A highly regarded AmLaw platform is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 2–6 years of experience for its Philadelphia office.

This role offers hands-on involvement in sophisticated commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions & dispositions, leasing, development projects, financing transactions, and complex due diligence work.

Attorneys in this group receive meaningful client exposure, strong mentorship, and the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple offices and practice areas.

Ideal candidates will have:

✔️ Broad commercial real estate transactional experience

✔️ Strong drafting and negotiation skills

✔️ Experience with title/survey review and closings

✔️ Excellent academic credentials and communication skills

✔️ Pennsylvania bar admission
