Corporate Finance Associate / 3-7 / Washington, D.C. or New York
An international AmLaw 100 law firm, consistently ranked by Chambers and Partners, The Legal 500, and Benchmark Litigation, is seeking associates to join its Corporate Finance Department in Washington, D.C. or New York.
We are seeking talented associates with experience in:
- Leveraged Finance (with an emphasis on borrower-side work)
- Fund Finance transactions
Associate Qualifications:
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admission in good standing to at least one U.S. jurisdiction (admission in the office of hire will be required)
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Starting salary range: $260,000 – $420,000
