Business Immigration Associate / 5+ yrs. / Florham Park
A top global law firm is seeking a Business Immigration Associate with 5 or more years of experience to join their Florham Park, NJ office. Business immigration experience is needed, including extensive experience in I-9 Compliance, DOL, DHS and DOJ audits as well as experience with nonimmigrant (H1B, L-1, TN, O1, etc.) and immigrant visas and PERM applications. Additional requirements include excellent client service and communication skills, case management, productivity, well-developed organizational skills and advanced writing and analytical skills. Experience managing a large client base is a plus. The starting salary range is currently $140,000-$160,000.
