A leading law firm seeking Corporate Associates with 3+ years of experience in a sophisticated corporate law practice focusing on startup, venture capital, and emerging company representation, to join their team in either Mountain View, San Francisco, Seattle, Santa Monica, New York or Washington D.C. Experience with, or affinity for, technology and/or life sciences companies is required. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills are required. In-house attorneys are welcome to apply, provided they have previous law firm experience. Out-of-state candidates are also welcome to apply, however the firm requires that the hired Corporate Associate must be barred in the state of office they are submitting their application for or be eligible to sit/waive into the next bar exam. The starting salary range for this position is:$260,000 – $390,000, and based on experience.
