Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney / 5+ yrs. / Palm Beach Gardens
A highly regarded Florida law firm is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Associate Attorney with 5+ years of experience to join their group in Palm Beach Gardens. The Associate must have experience representing sophisticated commercial real estate developers, financial institutions and landlords/tenants in connection with all aspects of residential, self-storage, warehouse, commercial, office, gas station, mixed-use, industrial and office-condominium real estate transactions. Additionally, the hired Associate will have strong transactional skills, specifically including (i) acquisitions and dispositions, with a focus on the preparation and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, (ii) construction, acquisition and mezzanine financing, (iii) commercial real estate leasing, with a focus on the preparation and negotiation of anchor and junior-anchor based shopping center lease transactions, (iv) construction and development, with a focus on the preparation and negotiation of AIA construction documents, (v) preparation and negotiation of easement agreements, declarations and association documents and (vi) survey, title and due diligence review and management. Interested Associates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing. Salary commensurate with experience and will be accompanied by a competitive bonus and benefits package.
