Project Finance Attorney / 5-8 yrs. / New York City, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles or San Francisco
A global law firm is seeking a Project Finance Attorney with 5 to 8 years of experience to join their team in New York City, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles or San Francisco. The attorney must have strong competency in drafting and negotiating the principal financing documentation. Experience in reviewing project documentation is preferred but not required. The attorney will be collaborating across a global team, to act on some of the most innovative, complex and challenging projects in the world. The full time base annual salary for this position is expected to range between $365,000- $435,000.
