Litigation Associate / 4-6 yrs. / VA Bar / Washington, DC
A reputable national law firm is seeking a talented Litigation Associate with 4-6 years of experience and the VA bar to join their District of Columbia office. Associates must have extensive experience working within the Virginia State and Federal Court process. A strong knowledge of consumer financial services litigation and government enforcement matters is strongly preferred. An excellent academic background and exceptional research, writing and communication skills, along with deposition and court hearing experience are essential for this role. Associates must have an active bar admission in the State of Virginia. Active admission to the bar of the District of Columbia is not required, but candidates should be willing to pursue admission to the bar of the District of Columbia through waiver. The pay for this position will be determined based on relevant skills and experience, education, external market data, internal equity, and other job-related factors. Firm historically has a very competitive salary range and generous benefits and bonus structure.
