Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney / 4-7 yrs. / Palm Beach Gardens
A highly regarded Florida law firm is seeking a Corporate Transactional Associate Attorney with 4-7 years’ experience to join their office in Palm Beach Gardens. Associate Attorneys must have corporate transactional experience including proficiency in drafting and negotiating skills involving a variety of transactional documents such as operating agreements, shareholder agreements, partnership agreements, stock/asset purchase agreements, licensing agreements, employment agreements and corporate governance documents. Additionally, strong analytical, research and problem-solving skills are required. Experience in data privacy and cybersecurity or experience with exempt organizations, corporate tax or having an LLM in tax is a plus. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida Bar in good standing. An in office/onsite position in Palm Beach Gardens, this full-time position will be accompanied by a competitive salary commensurate with experience and generous benefits package.
