IP Trademark Attorney / 4-10 yrs. / St. Louis

A top ranked global law firm is seeking an IP Trademark Attorney with excellent academic credentials and 4-10 years of experience to join their practice in St. Louis. Expected responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to: Domestic and international trademark strategy; Domestic and international trademark clearance searches and filings; TM search, prosecution, defense and enforcement in the United States and worldwide; TM/copyright counseling; IP licensing; IP due diligence; Copyright search, prosecution, defense and enforcement, including DMCA; and, IP litigation support. The salary range for this position is $175,000 to $375,000 based on experience.
