Commercial Litigation Attorney / Ft. Lauderdale
The Ft. Lauderdale office of a top U.S. law firm is seeking an Attorney with 3 to 6 years of general commercial litigation experience. They need a creative, yet pragmatic, thinker who takes initiative and is focused on solving complex problems efficiently. A strong desire to take depositions, argue motions or hearings in court, and try cases is preferred. This individual must have the ability to work as a team member in a collaborative environment. Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA accredited law school and be a member of The Florida Bar or have the ability to promptly obtain admission in Florida.
