One of the nation’s top law firms is seeking an ERISA Associate Attorney with 3-6 years of experience in advising clients on executive compensation and employee benefits matters, especially in connection with corporate transactions, to join their team in either Los Angeles, New York, or Washington, D.C. Qualified candidates must have relevant tax and ERISA experience. Preferred candidate would have experience with Section 409A, Section 162(m), Section 280G, and executive compensation disclosure rules.
