Corporate Attorneys / 3-6 yrs. / 17 locations
A large, well established law firm is seeking Corporate Attorneys with 3 to 6 years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in mergers & acquisitions and other general corporate and commercial matters to join any of their 17 locations across the U.S. Candidates with a specific expertise in strategic transactions (including, mergers and acquisitions, investments and joint ventures), as well as general corporate and corporate governance experience. The candidate must have experience leading due diligence teams, managing specialists and drafting transaction documents. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $165,000 – $305,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law.
